Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning
- Use hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate cleaning activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools used in cleaning tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Attention to detail to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures is a plus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
