As a line cook, your responsibilities will include:
- Following daily tasks and routines outlined by your Sous Chefs + Head Chef
- Perfect station set-ups and closes daily for service
- Executing dishes to perfect Earls' standard
- Assisting your fellow partners in maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Knowledge of the theory and philosophy behind the company culture and menu
- Keen learner
- Create a great comradery between you and your colleagues

Our compensation package means you get the following:
