Chucks Roadhouse in Pickering is currently hiring for an Experienced Grill Cook who has experience in the restaurant industry.

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience and knowledge of using a grill, fryer, convection oven and flat top.
- Have knowledge of cooking many different types of steaks on a grill.
- Complete line checks to ensure that enough product is prepared and ready for service
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Keep your work area and utensils in a clean, sanitized state at all times
- Follow safe food handling procedure at all times
- Be able to work alongside other cooks in the kitchen in a fast paced busy environment
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ensuring the quality of food is being prepared to Chuck's Roadhouse standards
- Be able to work, days, nights, weekends and closes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

- Cooking: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (required)
