**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as a **Data Analyst**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources across the organization
- Cleanse and prepare data
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in data sets
- Work with Operations teams to turn patterns and trends into actionable improvements
- Ensure ESG reporting is accurate and prepared on time
- Preparing reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Clearly communicate findings to Director, Consumer Data
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting systems
- Work closely with the Sustainability Manager and Sustainability Director to ensure reporting is aligned with sustainability systems / programs in place
- Help design, build, and automate reports/dashboards as required
- Other duties / special projects as required

- 2+ years of relevant work experience or combination of education and experience
- Passion for analyzing and exploring data
- Passion for sustainability and personal desire to improve the health of our planet
- Experience using data visualization software such as Power BI or Google Studio
- Experience developing and maintaining databases, data systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mind-set
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet frequent deadlines
- Strong business acumen & professionalism
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
