We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented **Cleaning Staff** to help maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout a ski resort located North of Barrie. Employees generally meet in a location in Midland and travel together. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will ensure that common areas, restrooms, and other resort facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean public areas to resort standards
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed in all assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and high-traffic areas
- Remove trash and recyclables and ensure proper disposal
- Report any maintenance issues, lost items, or safety concerns
- Follow daily task lists and cleaning schedules as directed by the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with guests and coworkers

**Requirements**:

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures
