**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to and from various locations.
- Ensure timely departures and arrivals while adhering to scheduled routes.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including handling luggage or heavy items when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the shuttle vehicle, performing routine inspections and minor maintenance as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Document any incidents or issues that occur during shifts.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in shuttle driving or similar roles such as delivery driver, bus driver, or limousine driver.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers.
- Experience with paratransit services is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers with their belongings.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent driving record with a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and routes efficiently.
