We are looking for a **Specialist II, Functional Support**to join our team in North York ON or Calgary AB or Houston TX.

**What You Will Do**:

- Facilitate / Participate Tier 2 sustainment models including foundational support and Project/initiative delivery.
- Develop performance metrics to guide Tier 2 activities
- Build comprehensive reports to communicate performance metrics
- Build comprehensive reports to communicate system performance
- Support integrated system and capability planning efforts to align asset management program objectives across the enterprise and with Business Unit-specific plans.
- Support EAM Team members in executing detailed project and initiative plans.
- Provide functional leadership in resolving system and data issues
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, ORT, and defect resolution for system changes and upgrades.
- Contribute to sustainment activities such as root cause analysis, incident and problem management, documentation, and user support.
- Provide timely communication and escalation of issues to people leader or impacted leader
- Promote alignment with the EAM Framework by ensuring that functional support activities reinforce enterprise-wide asset management strategies and objectives.

**Who You Are**:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in asset management, data governance, or enterprise systems support.
- Extensive experience developing and reporting on performance metrics
- Experience building reports leveraging data from multiple systems
- ITL framework knowledge and experience with incident management, problem management and root cause analysis.
- Strong understanding of asset management principles and lifecycle practices, including frameworks such as ISO 55000.
- Proficiency in enterprise systems such as Maximo, Copperleaf, and reporting tools like Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data and system issues independently.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office environment.
- 10-20% of travel dependent on field construction, training, and meetings.
