**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose mechanical issues in marine engines and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on boats, including engine checks, electrical system inspections, and hull cleaning.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to carry out repairs and installations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on each vessel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices while working in the marine environment.
- Communicate with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
**Qualifications**
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in marine systems preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A passion for marine technology and a desire to learn about new advancements in the field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
