**Project / Program Manager** - CAE*

When you fly, no matter the destination, there is a good chance that the pilot has been trained by CAE. With customers as the focus, the Digital Accelerator team is committed to enhancing the training experience to ensure pilots are the best they can be.

As a project/program/product manager within our digital accelerator team, your mission is to improve the customer experience by participating in the product/service development to meet its needs. You are responsible for planning and coordinating the development steps required for delivery to the customer, according to CAE's high-quality standards.

You will be inspired and motivated by the multidisciplinary team of which you will be part: Digital Product Manager, Customer Experience Designer, Developers and Technical Head of Software Architecture.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop the project management plan and set project goals and objectives.
- Manage all resources involved in the program, including partners, subcontractors, financial and operational resources necessary to ensure the success of the project.
- Resolve issues related to project completion or timeline by changing the prioritization of activities.
- Assess the potential risks associated with the project and develop a mitigation plan.
- Implement the work breakdown structure associated with the project.
- Control the project schedule and costs.
- Share best practices with colleagues.
- Produce regular reports for internal management to report on progress, issues and options.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories and themes to ensure that work focuses on those that have maximum value and align with product strategy.
- Provide vision and guidance to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
- Play an active role in mitigating the barriers that prevent the team from successfully achieving publication and sprint goals
- Be an agent of change and a promoter of Agile thinking Contribute to a collaborative and stimulating work environment Validate and approve the budget, manage budget forecasts and produce budget reports.

**Basic Qualifications**
- University degree in Computer science or other relevant programs
- In-depth knowledge of the Agile process and principles
- Knowledge of the Salesforce
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project and task management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and good presentation skills in English.
- Creative thinking with a vision
- Attention to detail.
