Dishwasher

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash items as necessary to ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are clean and ready for use.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, counters, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring that all food handling standards are met.
- Help organize and store clean dishes and utensils in their designated areas.
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean cooking tools and equipment promptly to facilitate efficient food service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy service periods.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to providing excellent hospitality.
- Willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks beyond dishwashing when needed.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required.
- Preparation of food required as well
