**Kentville Home Hardware** has an immediate opening for a **full-time sales associate for our flooring department.** The ideal person must provide reliable and friendly customer service. This would include greeting customers, providing product information, sute visits, timely quotes, follow ups, completing the sale, arranging installs and deliveries. Other responsibilities would be to maintain stock levels & pricing, maintaining your department's appearance, cycle counting, and learning about new trends and products. The new hire will work with vendors and other sales team members for training. This is an excellent full time position for someone who likes to interact and help people.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales and flooring experience is an asset.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to build new and maintain relationships with existing contractors and customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good mathematical skills.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
