**Fish & Chips All-Rounder Wanted — Experienced Only**

We need a reliable, hard-working person with **restaurant or takeaway experience — especially working with fryers**. You’ll be responsible for **opening and closing the shop alone**, handling everything from cooking and serving to cleaning and cash — fast and without cutting corners.

**Must have**:

- Proven experience working in a **restaurant or takeaway kitchen**, specifically with **fryers**:

- Ability to **work independently**, including opening and closing the shop
- Work **quickly and accurately under pressure**:

- Excellent **attitude** — hardworking, honest, and dependable
- Willingness to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and late nights

**Responsibilities**:

- **Opening duties**: Prepare the kitchen, start fryers, prep ingredients, set up the counter
- **Cooking & serving**: Prepare fish, chips, and menu items to high standards; serve customers politely and efficiently
- **Closing duties**: Clean kitchen and equipment thoroughly, restock ingredients, secure cash, and close the shop properly
- Manage ingredient prep and stock control throughout shift
- Handle cash and take orders accurately

Casual position with pay based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
