We are hiring commercial drivers for local deliveries and for moving services. we are based out of Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo areas.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service. Communication in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interface with customers.

Ability to safely operate/navigate 26ft straight truck.

Ability to organize and secure loads while ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Complete truck inspections and loaded inventory everyday.

Ability to operate ELD, Delivery App and learn billing, payment collection system.

Positive attitude and team work.

Professional and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience in the fields of general labour, landscaping, construction, or warehouse associate.

Good hand-eye coordination, strong logic and mathematical skills.

Valid Canadian full G driver's license with clean abstract.

Knowledgeable of all Provincial and Federal driving requirements, rules and regulation.

Pay rate: $17.55 - $23.00 / hour.

Plus: Tips + Bonus pay

Schedule: Monday to Friday,

Weekend as needed

Summary
As a Straight Truck Driver, you will be responsible for commercial driving, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods. Your premium skills in forklift operation and handling freight will be essential in efficiently loading and unloading cargo. Additionally, your relevant skills in heavy equipment operation and automotive repair will enhance your ability to handle any maintenance issues that may arise. With a focus on math, construction, and English proficiency, you will navigate routes, manage paperwork, and communicate effectively. **Qualifications**:

- Commercial driving experience
- Proficiency in operating a forklift and handling freight
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform automotive repairs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong math skills for handling logistics and construction tasks
- Excellent English communication skills for interacting with team members and clients

Pay: $17.40-$21.77 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
