This job posting is for an existing vacancy and is intended to fill a current position within our organization.
We are currently looking for Program Integrity Specialist to join our team of committed professionals. This Full-time position within the Association is housed at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario’s Chippewa location in North Bay.
Under the leadership of the Lead Program Integrity Specialist, the Program Integrity Specialist is responsible for supporting and assessing the supervisors and educators in their day-to-day role pertaining to the delivery of high-quality educational child care programs when it comes to curriculum support and delivery, training and quality assurance.

**LOCATION**: North Bay, ON
**RATE OF PAY**: $25.10 per hour
**HOURS**: 40 per week
Major Responsibilities
- Coach and provide guidance and mentorship to new and existing staff and supervisors as needed on a regular basis, sharing updates with the Lead Program Integrity Specialist
- Monitor and help develop program policies, procedures as required.
- Identify all areas of YMCA, Ministry of Education, and Municipal identified non compliance and follow through with issues until completion working with the Supervisors and Managers and communicate updates with the Lead Program Integrity Specialist
- Lead or co-lead and deliver, in collaboration with Lead Program Integrity Specialist, all internal staff training (including supervisors)
- Conduct monthly reports on each programs’ progress
- Participate in the monthly YMCA meetings and external agency meetings with respect to MOE Legislation compliance, curriculum, training and quality assurance
- Co-Lead and support the production of the quarterly Newsletters around program delivery

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or University degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent as approved by the Ministry
- Membership with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) in good standing
- YMCA National Certification within the first 6 months (YP2L/ A Place to Connect)
- Current copy of Immunization Record, clear TB Test, and medical note confirming fit with CCEYA
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR C
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in mentoring, coaching or related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French communication skills considered an asset)
- Solid knowledge of the Child Care & Early Years Act (CCEYA)
- Current and satisfactory Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
