This will involve working with Estimating and Marketing Managers and Subject Matter Experts to ensure that proposal process, design, content and relationships are effectively coordinated on assigned pursuits. - Develop and manage proposal content to ensure continuity, accuracy and compliance with legal, technical and marketing specifications. Copy-edit proposal content for format, grammar, style, punctuation, spelling and consistency. - Manage the design and presentation of proposal content and packaging to ensure visual clarity and consistency with brand standards. - Lead status and review meetings to ensure the pursuit team is informed about the latest proposal requirements and on schedule with their assigned contributions **Is this the right role for you?** - You have a construction related degree/diploma and five to eight years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience - You have a working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software - You have the ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes and produce workable solutions and lead a large team to successful completion EllisDon is proud to provide this unique career opportunity that provides continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package within an environment that is committed to inclusion and respects diversity. **Go ahead and be yourself.
