**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver quality beauty aesthetics services to clients
- Maintain room and chair hygienes
- Ensure all equipment/consumable/towels and other tools necessary for service are ready prior to service
- Laundry if needed
- Strictly follow the standard operating procedure including covid 19 protocols
- Other duties assigned by store manager
- Upsell items and services when applicable
- Maintain customer relations and retention. Commission based tier and customer rotation will be dependent on this with clients feedback
- Guide clients through service offerings. Evaluate clients to determine what is important to them.
- Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire
- Maintain a good store image, know our brand, and have a good personality
- Be consistent with how we perform massages and the presentation of our services

**Work Hours**:
Looking for part-time / on-call
flexible hours
potentially be full time

**Salary**:

- Guaranteed base wage or commission
- A full-time aesthetician can expect to earn between $3500 to $4800 per month
- Detailed remuneration structure will be explained during the interview

**Experience Requirement**:

- 1-2 years facial / lash technician experience
- Must hold current certification
