**In This Role, You Will**:

- Addressing pre-occupancy & post possession homeowner concerns.
- Conducting visual inspections of warranty issues.
- Performing hands-on repairs.
- Scheduling additional services with sub-trades.
- All other duties as required

**What You Bring**:

- 3 years of experience in residential construction
- Possess your own tools
- Experience with Tarion Warranty program
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Good interpersonal skills required, including being a team player
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience with Tarion Warranty program
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
