Formwork Foreman

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Construct Commercial Grade Beams & Parkade Walls
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of formwork crews
- Interpret construction drawings and ensure proper layout and alignment of form work structures.
- Manage the installation, modification, and dismantling of concrete form work systems (e.g., Camlock. Peri, Doka, ULMA etc.).
- Ensure all work is completed according to specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
- Inspect work in progress to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Train and mentor formwork carpenters and labourers.
- Monitor and manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site.

**Experience**
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial concrete formwork
- Extensive knowledge of commercial formwork systems and concrete construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Formwork: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
