The Data Analytics Consultant - A/B Testing has the following responsibilities and duties:

- Providing business partnership to stakeholders primarily focusing on app performance and optimization, including customer experience, conversion rate and lifetime value tracking with other various KPI's.
- Manage the end-to-end experimentation process (hypothesis setting, test design/execution, KPIs, results and recommendations)
- Analyze data, identify key findings, make recommendations and share testing results
- Performs daily testing analysis and updates, ad hoc requests, and queue maintenance.
- Works with various departments in developing new designs and functionalities for all facets oftesting suite.
- Writes clear and concise test documents and test plans. Communicates test plans, results, and business impacts to stakeholders.
- Performs other work-related duties and completes projects as needed.

**Requirements**:
The Data Analytics Consultant - A/B Testing should have the following skills, education and experience:
**Skills**
- Required: *
- Familiarity with advanced analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing including A/B testing tools and concepts
- Experience leveraging mathematical and statistical methodologies to deliver actionable insights
- Intermediate experience of a programming language such as Python and/or R
- Experience with time series analysis, multivariate models, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, inferential statistics, and causal analysis
- Monitor performance of live A|B testing across different app products
- Create robust final analysis reports outlining performance
- Must have knowledge of APIs
- Preferred: *
- Experience with Adobe Target or similar A/B Testing Tools
- Experience with PowerBI, Databricks, SQL

**Education**
- Required: *
- Bachelors in a quantitative field such as computer science, computer engineering other related disciplines.
- Preferred: *
- Masters or PhD in a quantitative field such as computer science, computer engineering or statistics other related disciplines.

**Experience**
- An experienced professional will have at least 3 years of professional experience in A/B Testing role with a Masters Degree or 5 years of experience in an A/B Testing related role with a bachelor's degree
