We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at Inspire Barbershop As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience at our barbershop. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic to provide administrative and clerical support to the Inspire barbershop team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they enter the barbershop.
- Manage appointment scheduling using our booking system and assist clients in reserving their preferred barber.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Handle client payments and process transactions accurately.
- Assist barbers and stylists in coordinating schedules and client flow.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with appointment booking software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for the grooming and beauty industry.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
