**hift**. As a
**Material Handler** you are responsible for handling, moving, loading, and unloading materials throughout all areas of the Distribution Centre by hand or using a variety of material handling equipment.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Picking in various sections
- Ensuring the proper and efficient loading of trailers
- Receiving of inbound merchandise
- Safe operation of all warehouse machinery
- Machine replenishment of various sections in the warehouse
- Other duties as assigned by shift supervisor which may be required to complete all aspects of the day to day operations of the shift

**Requirements**:

- Good attendance record is a requirement
- Experience with driving warehouse machinery or willingness to learn required
- Complete required operational checks for lifts when required
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activities including walking, standing, bending, and lifting
- **A significant output of physical effort is required through lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, etc. The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds without difficulty on a consistent basis is needed
- Positive attitude
