**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, including chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Prepare patients for treatments by taking vital signs and reviewing medical history.
- Perform X-ray imaging and ensure compliance with safety protocols, including infection control and aseptic techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and medical coding as per HIPAA regulations.
- Operate dental equipment, including 3D scanners and EMR systems such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix.
- Manage dental clinic operations, including scheduling appointments and performing receptionist duties when necessary.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Assist in various dental specialties, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and more.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment by adhering to infection control protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred but not necessary.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures is essential.
- Familiarity with Dental Software -Power Practice is highly desirable.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
- Experience with medical imaging techniques and equipment is an asset.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- **CDA License is mandatory.**

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
