We are currently looking for a Paint Lab Technician to join our team in Richmond Hill

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyzing and colour matching custom paints
- Preparing paint samples as required
- Documenting new paint colour systems
- Mixing paint samples in preparation for the finishing team
- Preparing touch up kits
- Monitoring paint material inventories and restocking colour matching station and paint materials accordingly
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years in paint colour matching and mixing
- An understanding of colour theory
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for Construction Projects
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40lbs
