Area Manager (Customer Service) Janitorial
- Visiting customers, handling customer service requests between cleaner and customer
- Managing our customers and contractor cleaners
- Account start ups and crew changes (evening and weekend work)
- Remote work access (from home when you are not out working in the field)
- There is flexibility to your work day, however you must take care of customer concerns as they happen no exception. There are evening and weekend work expectations.
- Must have a clean drivers record, and able to pass a criminal record check.
- Experience in the janitorial field is beneficial however not a requirement.
- We offer a competitive salary with additional bonuses and Commissions the potential additional earnings to salary are 7 to 12 thousand annually. -Company car and extended benefits (Dental and Medical).
- Must be computer literate and good with in office duties.
**-You must be able to work independently AND in a team environment.**
The office is located in Richmond, you would be expected to be in the office periodically throughout the week, there is flexibility to this as you gain experience.

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
