As an Automotive Parts Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department. You will oversee inventory, manage a dedicated team, and provide exceptional customer service to both our internal and external customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our service and sales departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate and organized parts inventory, optimizing stock levels to meet customer demands and minimize costs.

**Procurement**: Develop and execute effective procurement strategies, including ordering, negotiating with suppliers, and managing vendor relationships.

**Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor the parts department team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to ensure a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

**Customer Service**: Provide superior customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries, orders, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

**Quality Control**: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of all parts, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

**Sales Support**: Collaborate with our sales team to fulfill customer requests for accessories and aftermarket parts, contributing to increased sales revenue.

**Budget Management**: Responsible for managing the parts department budget, tracking expenses, and revenue to achieve financial goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in automotive parts management with a strong understanding of inventory systems and procedures.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in computerized inventory and parts management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

**Salary**: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
