**Job Overview**
Truck is required as well as the ability to install flooring for staircases. Past experience with baseboard, casing, inside finishing is a bonus.
**Responsibilities**
- Install various types of flooring materials, including tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to cut and shape flooring materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Communicate with clients regarding project timelines and any necessary adjustments during the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of each project.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in flooring installation or related maintenance person work.
- Proficiency in tile laying techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong carpentry skills with the ability to build or modify structures as needed.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in flooring installation.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
