We’re looking for a Finance & Sales Specialist to join our team and help drive revenue by assisting customers with sales and financing solutions for ATVs, boats, snowmobiles, motorcycles, trailers, and RVs.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Engagement:

- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the purchase process.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and financing options.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Finance & Deal Structuring:

- Assess customers’ financial situations and match them with the best financing solutions.
- Work with a variety of lenders to secure approvals for clients with different credit backgrounds.
- Ensure all paperwork and compliance requirements are met for each transaction.
- Lead & Pipeline Management:

- Follow up on leads promptly and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and optimize the sales process.
- Collaboration & Growth:

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate leads and create promotions.
- Participate in training and development programs to refine your sales and finance skills.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales and/or finance, preferably in the automotive, powersports, RV, or marine industries. You must have previous experience and real training.
- Strong negotiation skills with a hunter mentality for closing deals.
- Knowledge of lender requirements and finance structuring (subprime experience is a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment with a high level of independence.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated team player who is adaptable and eager to grow.
