**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist cooks and chefs in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and mixing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Help with inventory management by organizing and restocking supplies as needed.
- Support the team during peak hours by efficiently managing tasks to ensure timely service.
- Clean workstations and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food service and preparation.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling and safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen atmosphere.
