Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Ensure all warehouse activities are performed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors to secure the best pricing and terms.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including inventory levels, shipments, and receipts.
- Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse and distribution activities.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on distribution.
- Proven experience in negotiating rates and contracts with vendors.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
