Change Champions is looking for a Change Management Consultant to support with our customers with their organizational change initiatives.

**Who you are**

You are a change consultant passionate about helping implementing change initiatives to meet business objectives. You are a great facilitator, able to collaborate among different business groups and flexible to work with people from different age groups and backgrounds, and you understand how to plan and execution communication and learning programs.

**What you would do**
- Work with project leads, program managers, and colleagues in the change management office, learning and development, and communications to develop change management plans that outlines objectives, strategies, actions and timelines to manage change across the organization and suppliers for specific business functions.
- Work with change management leads to ensure the change management plan is integrated with overall project plan.
- As part of the change management plan, develop communication and training tools and other tools as needed to roll out specific practices across the organization and ensure alignment across business functions.
- Assist with the facilitation of workshops and information sharing forums.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, communications, or related
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience interacting with people from different seniority level, age groups and backgrounds in a large organization
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels to bring projects to life
- Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives in parallel
- Excellent relationship management and ability to collaborate effectively in situations without formal influence
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

**Education/ Experience**
- Bachelor of Commerce or similar post-secondary degree with a business or communications emphasis
- Prosci certification, an asset

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
