**Overview**:
**What We Offer**:
- Full time seasonal, 40 hours per week through June-August, generally working 4 x 10 hour shifts. Overtime opportunities may exist during crucial project milestones.
- Shifts are daytime and may include weekends.
- Staff accommodation is available.

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform land surveys for various purposes, including tower foundation locations, terminal locations.
- Collect data related to the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land surfaces.
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, levels, and lasers to measure distances, angles, and elevations accurately.
- Analyze and interpret survey data and create maps, plats, and reports for project.
- Work closely teams to ensure proper land use and site development.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of surveying equipment.
- Participate in daily safety meetings and use safe work practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or the ability to obtain one (required).
- Strong proficiency with survey equipment and software (AutoCAD, GIS, etc.).
**Work Conditions**:
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity required.
- Walking and standing for extended periods of time.
- Working outside in variable weather conditions.
**Where We Are**:**
- Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location.
