**In your role, you will**:

- Advise various internal teams on Labor and Employment and Data Privacy matters.
- Ensure compliance with international and local Data Privacy laws and regulations in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
- Review and draft various legal documents (e.g. contracts, policies, etc.).
- Act as Bombardier's representative in mediations or hearings (e.g. Arbitration or Administrative Labor Tribunal).
- Manage litigation files with external lawyers worldwide.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess data protection risks in the event of incidents.
- Participate in the development and implementation of tools and trainings for internal teams.
- Any other task relevant to the role may be assigned.
- You have between four (4) to ten (10) years of relevant experience (during which you have practiced in the field of Labor and Employment and Data Privacy) as a legal advisor in a reputable law firm and/or in-house.
- You are a member of the Quebec Bar. Membership of the Ontario Bar or a degree in Common Law is an asset.
- You have the knowledge and ability to interpret applicable legislation and regulations relating to Data Privacy.
- You are fluent in French and English (proficiency in both languages is essential given the international scope).
- You are at ease in a fast-paced environment and you have the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You can reconcile compliance requirements with practical business needs.
- You work well in a team but have the ability to work independently.
- You are available to travel occasionally if necessary.
