To join our team, you must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to be patient and empathetic. You need to have a clean driver’s abstract and pass background checks. But don’t worry about not having previous towing experience If you are determined and enthusiastic about learning, we will be able to teach you all the skills you need to be successful as a professional towing operator.

With your regular driver’s license, you would start as a light-duty wrecker operator. We would move on to training you on our flat deck trucks, and then help you obtain your Class 3 commercial license and train you to operate our heavy deck trucks and wreckers.

Our regular shifts will include weekends, afternoons, and evenings, with the occasional night shift rotation to cover vacations. If you prefer rotating your days off, a schedule of 4 days on followed by 4 days off is also possible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
