**Schedule**: Saturdays & Wednesdays, plus every other Friday

Second Glow is a curated preloved fashion and bridal boutique in the heart of St. Catharines. We specialize in sustainable style—offering secondhand designer pieces, formalwear, and one-of-a-kind bridal gowns. Our mission is to make fashion feel beautiful, conscious, and accessible.

**Role Overview**

We’re seeking a friendly, fashion-loving **Part-Time Sales Associate** to join our boutique team. You’ll be the face of Second Glow, helping customers find clothing they love while supporting our mission of sustainability and conscious shopping.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and offer personalized styling assistance
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized store environment
- Process sales and returns using our POS system
- Assist with merchandising, steaming, tagging, and restocking inventory
- Support during events (e.g., Sip & Shop, fashion shows)
- Educate customers on our selling and donation programs

**Requirements**:

- Must be available **every Saturday and Wednesday**, plus **every other Friday**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Interest in fashion, retail, and/or sustainable clothing
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, but not required
