**McMan is looking for a Casual Drug Screener for the Drug Treatment Court Program in Lethbridge.**
**Here’s how you will contribute as a Drug Screener within the Drug Treatment Court Program**:
- Work in alignment with the Program Manager to schedule pre-planned screens.
- Complete urinalysis testing using a participant centered, strength-based approach consistent with McMan policy and philosophy, both in office and at participants’ residences.
- Accurately record urinalysis testing results.
- Report all urinalysis testing results in a timely manner to the Program Manager.

**Here’s what you’ll need to get an interview**:
- Degree/Diploma in criminal justice, addictions, social assistance, or related field; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of addictions, mental health, and the criminal justice system.
- Experience working with multi-barriered individuals and diverse populations.
- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrate professionalism within all aspects of employment.
- Attention to accuracy and detail.
- Self-motivated and able to manage own schedule.
- Strong ethics, accountability, and adherence to standards of practice.
- Microsoft Office abilities (SharePoint, One Drive, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Current Standard First Aid CPR Level C Certificate or CSA Standard Z1210-17 Intermediate First Aid Certificate
- Clear Police Information Check with vulnerable sector, dated within past 90 days.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, Driver’s Abstract, and use of reliable vehicle with $2M Third Party Liability insurance.
