We are a boutique personal injury law firm seeking a law clerk/legal assistant to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare files for opening;
- Completing file closure protocol;
- Communicate with clients, adjusters and counsel;
- Reviewing and summarizing medical records;
- Drafting, proofreading and editing correspondence;
- Scheduling examinations for discovery, motions, pre-trials, LAT hearings.
- Drafting pleadings such as statements of claim, motion records, affidavit of documents, mediation and pre-trial briefs;
- Advance both accident benefit and tort files;

Skills and Specifications:

- At least three years of experience in Plaintiff personal injury work;
- Substantive knowledge of the _Rules of Civil Procedure_;
- Knowledge of PC Law and MS Outlook;
- Computer literate with skills in MS Office;*

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
