**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries to provide exceptional service.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide pricing and delivery information.
- Manage customers' accounts and keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Fully bilingual. Fluent in both English and French
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- Customer Service Experience a plus

**Description des tâches et responsabilités**
- Communiquer avec les clients par téléphone ou par courriel.
- Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients
- Obtenir et évaluer toutes les informations pertinentes pour traiter les demandes de produits et services
- Fournir les prix et les informations de livraison
- Effectuer des vérifications de la clientèle existante et mettre en place des comptes pour des nouveaux clients
- Traiter les commandes, formulaires, et demandes
- Gérer les comptes des clients et noter les interactions avec les clients et leurs transactions
- Noter les détails des demandes, des commentaires, des plaintes et enregistrer les détails des mesures prises
- Communiquer et coordonner avec les services internes.
- Faire un suivi des interactions avec les clients.

**Exigences**
- Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES), diplôme d’études générales, ou équivalent
- Compréhension approfondie des normes de marchandisage et aptitude à les exécuter
- Bilinguisme
- français et anglais
- Bonnes connaissances en informatique (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Expérience en matière de service à la clientèle est un plus

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
