**What does a London Ice Cream Retail Support Specialist / Brand ambassador do?**

This role works closely with customers and other employees to demonstrate, promote and sell a variety of exciting London Ice Cream products to ensure customers end-to-end needs are met.

As the retail specialist, you:

- MUST love driving and be comfortable highway driving etc. - Lots of travel is involved.
- Maintain and build relationships with seasonal and all year round customers, while providing them with relevant and memorable product information.
- Use innovative customer engagement and creative sales techniques to increase sales of LICC products.
- Demonstrate excellence in execution of selling skills.
- Support sales strategies to achieve operating results, growth objectives, and overall financial performance goals.
- Direct interaction and constant feedback on new and existing product and customer engagement through calls and in person.
- Provides weekly insights, experiences, performance to the sales manager.

**What are the professional requirements?**
- Retail sales experience
- Customer service oriented
- Proficient in PPT, Word and Excel
- Must have own reliable vehicle
- Extensive travel
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends.

**Compensation **$20/hour, Gas card, Car allowance and mobile phone.
