- Job Description:_

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a key role in managing all aspects of human resources operations at our beauty school. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Responsibilities:_

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

3. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

5. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.

7. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

9. Handle employee grievances and complaints in a fair and timely manner.

10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the education or beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SHRM certification is a plus.
