Investment Solutions Research, AVP

**Why this role is important to us**

The role resides with our Investment Strategy and Research team, which is a multi-asset class investment team responsible for supporting distribution by engaging with clients, making portfolio recommendations and identifying market trends for investment ideas. This person will be responsible for conducting analysis and market thematic research used to support the development of be-spoke client solutions.

**What you will be responsible for**

As Investment Solutions Research, AVP you will:

- Incubate research ideas and conduct supporting analysis;
- Work across investment teams to validate and socialize the results
- Articulate research findings through presentations and written thought leadership
- Engage with distribution teams and marketing to amplify key points
- Utilize knowledge of quantitative analysis concepts such as forecasting models, portfolio construction, risk management, and trading; quantitative modeling, data analytics.

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**
- Masters Degree and/or pursuit of CFA is desirable
- At least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- Working knowledge of financial markets, economics, investment analysis, portfolio theory, and related concepts
- Technical proficiency with Bloomberg or FactSet as well as MS Excel; Programming skills in at least one supported statistical programming environment (Python, R, or MATLAB) is desirable but not required.
