- Prior experience working with children, either as a babysitter, nanny, or in a related role
- Ability to prepare meals and cook for children
- Strong caregiving skills, including patience, empathy, and understanding
- Ability to clean up after children and maintain a tidy environment
- Willingness to engage in educational activities with the children
- Excellent communication skills, both with children and parents/guardians
