**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise carpentry projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately execute construction plans.
- Assemble structures including roofs, walls, and frameworks with precision.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices in best practices and techniques.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, tools, and safety practices.
- Ability to read schematics accurately and execute plans effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving project goals.
- Red Seal required

Expected hours: 43 per week
