Must be fully vaccinated against COVID

Patient has ALS, a great sense of humour, uses a wheelchair, and requires assistance with all Activities of Daily Living. He is unable to speak and uses technology to communicate.

**About You**:
We seek a quick learner who can manage the physical nature of caring for somebody who cannot move or speak on his own, and once trained, can take initiative and follow the routine independently. Experience as a nurse or PSW is helpful but not required, but related caregiver experience is necessary.

**THE SHIFTS ARE EVENINGS, 3-4 evenings per week, will include some weekends. 9-11 PM**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- bedtime routine: ceiling lift transfer, meds via g-tube, full body range of motion exercises
- Training provided

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 4-10 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
