**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert guidance on the care, maintenance, and selection of aquatic and reptile pets, including fish, reptiles, and amphibians.
- Assist customers with product selection, offer detailed information about equipment and supplies, and provide recommendations tailored to their specific needs.
- Maintain and monitor the health and well-being of aquatic and reptile habitats within the store, including regular cleaning, water testing, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure that all aquatic and reptile enclosures are properly stocked, maintained, and presented in a clean and visually appealing manner.
- Educate customers on best practices for pet care, including feeding, habitat setup, and health management.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and advancements in the aquatics and reptile fields.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with other team members to support store operations, including stocking, inventory management, and customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
