**What You’ll Do**:
**Dry Eye Treatment Coordinator & Ocular Hygienist**
- Perform in-office dry eye therapies, including **radiofrequency (RF), intense pulsed light (IPL), meibomian gland expression, heat masks, lid hygiene treatments, lid debridement** **and red light therapy**.
- Provide education on **ocular surface disease, eyelid hygiene, nutrition, and home care routines**.
- Co-ordinate dry eye patients: perform consultations, conduct treatments, track treatment plans, follow up with patients, and guide them through their care journey.
- Assist with **patient flow, scheduling, and communication** to ensure smooth delivery of services.
**Medical Aesthetician**
- Conduct skin consultations and recommend customized treatment plans.
- Provide a variety of aesthetic services including RF, IPL, chemical peels, dermaplaning, medical facials, and more.
- Educate patients on treatments, skincare routines, and pre/post-care.
- Maintain equipment, treatment rooms, and patient charts with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Take before/after photos and monitor treatment outcomes.
- Promote and market services/products in-clinic and on social media.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Licensed **Medical Aesthetician** with **1+ year of experience**.
- Proficiency in **Radiofrequency (RF)** and **Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)**.
- Knowledge of **ocular surface health, skincare, and treatment protocols** (training will be provided for ocular hygiene and dry eye).
- Strong communicator with excellent **patient education skills**.
- Comfortable with treatment sales, skincare recommendations, and promoting services.
- Experience with Skinceuticals skincare is an asset.
- Social media savvy and eager to support clinic marketing.
- Flexible and adaptable to a dual-role environment.
- Experience in a **medical spa, eye clinic, or healthcare setting** is a strong asset.
