Shades of White Bridal is looking to add a **Part-Time Sales Consultant**to their team

Work in an exciting and creative environment establishing trusted relationships with clients, guiding them through the otherwise daunting process of identifying and then pulling together their own perfect, individual style and vision for an extremely special time in their lives.

When not taking appointments, you are working diligently alongside your team to create and maintain a highly organized and inspired space for clients to feel welcomed, supported and enthusiastic upon every arrival. Highly-detailed garment care, the careful attention of many new arrivals as well as time-management, client communication, light chores and having a blast with your teammates are all equally important parts of the job

Looking for someone with:

- A Genuine interest and ability to offer Exceptional Service and create meaningful experiences and connections with a diverse grouping of clientele and varying needs
- The Confidence & Maturity to support guests through big, important decisions
- Great personal style and the talent to pull together a vision for others in a meaningful way
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Highly organized & incredible attention to detail
- Ability to sell with confidence by helping your client make an appropriate, educated & excited decision, never in a pressuring way
- Comfortable on computers and able to quickly learn POS and online scheduling systems
- A genuine interest in long-term employment
- Ability to work independently and as a team and have fun doing so

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Weekends as needed
