Located on the traditional, ancestral and unceded lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations, West Vancouver is a vibrant community on the North Shore and home to parks, beaches, and to sports, recreation and arts amenities. The Equipment Operator III performs the following duties:
- Primarily operating a Vacuum Truck as well as a backhoe, excavator, skid steer and other equipment in a variety of tasks including the maintenance and construction of water, sewer, and drainage assets;
- Washing, cleaning and service repairs (add fluid, adjust brakes, replace bulbs, etc.) to equipment;
- Performing daily equipment inspections and submitting inspection reports;
- Providing significant manual labour assistance on various tasks where required;
- Ongoing mentoring and training; and,
- Performing other duties as required.

Hours of Work:
40 hours per week (hours and days of work may vary)
Rate of Pay:
$38.70 per hour plus 14% in lieu of benefits
