As a Marketing Programs Specialist at the Pharmasave West Region Office, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our marketing team. Reporting to the Region Director, Marketing & Communications, your primary responsibility is to design and coordinate regional marketing programs and events. In addition to developing toolkits and marketing materials to support store level marketing efforts.

- Langley, BC
- 12-month contract position
- Hybrid/flexible work arrangements offered

**What you will be doing**:

- Designing, coordinating and implementing marketing promotions, campaigns and events.
- Developing toolkits and marketing materials for store-level marketing.
- Facilitate social media content platform store onboarding and maintenance.
- Evolve store social media content program.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Pharmacy, Business Development, and Merchandising, to support ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

**What you should have**:

- Experience with project management/coordination, with a strong attention to detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing principles, tools and programs.
- Ability to coordinate from concept to completion with mínimal supervision and tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and the ability to propose strategic marketing solutions.
- Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva would be an asset to this position.
- A solid understanding of graphic layouts & fundamentals, typography and printing processes.
- Diploma/degree in Marketing and/or Marketing Communications
- Advanced training and extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

**Salary**:$65-70k dependent on previous skills, qualifications and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
