Applicants with graphic design skills will also be considered for assisting in the graphics department.

**Customer Service and Order Entry**
- Provide pricing and quotations to both Canadian and USA customers from established price lists
- Calculate custom pricing for some coffee sleeve orders
- Determine shipping rates using UPS and other online systems
- Process customer payments using online credit card system or Paypal
- Discuss job particulars with graphic design department regarding graphic requirements needed

**Graphic Design (Optional job duties if qualified)**
- Prepare customer supplied files for offset printing
- Design new coffee sleeves based on client requirements and supplied graphic elements (vector, raster, etc)
- Prepare and send PDF proofs and discuss necessary changes with clients
- Communicate with client regarding issues with supplied files

**Requirements**:

- Must legally be able to work in Canada
- Excellent English and strong communication skills
- spoken and written
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Previous work in a printing company or graphic design company is a bonus
- Good understanding of printing and prepress concepts including colour spaces, resolution, graphics is a bonus

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
