Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Provide recommendations based on mechanical knowledge and dealership guidelines
- Upsell additional services or products to meet customer needs
- Schedule service appointments and communicate timelines to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive repair or dealership setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
- Mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians and customers
- Proficiency in upselling products or services
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in sales or upselling techniques

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
